Today’s environment in the Real Estate Industry is one of caution. Developers are cautious with respect to the California Environmental Quality Act. Builders are cautious with respect to all of the new government regulations and banks are cautious due to the recently imposed Federal lending restrictions. Combined, these cautions make the present Real Estate environment like none we have ever seen before.

Neal Graham and his associates provide a unique service to lending institutions making loans in this complex environment. We offer these institutions the knowledge of some of the most respected members of the building/developing community to assist them in loan package evaluation or due diligence.

The following is a partial list of our Lender Services offered:

• Conduct due diligence reviews of prior to loan origination and funding

· Due diligence will include not only an analysis of the cost breakdown, but also entitlement verification, geotechnical and environmental assessment,, architectural and civil engineer’s plan review, and overall proforma validation from perspective of a developer/builder

• Provide periodic loan inspection to validate the percentage of completion
